How we approach the job
Before we arrive, we confirm parking, building access and any lift booking requirements. Inside, we follow the same top-to-bottom, dry-to-wet approach we use in houses. On balconies we only clean areas that can be reached safely from the balcony itself.

Do you clean outside apartment windows?
We clean glass that can be reached safely from inside the apartment or from a balcony. Windows on high-rise facades that need rope access or a building maintenance unit are outside the scope of this service.
Where will your team park?
We will ask about visitor parking or nearby street parking when we confirm your booking. Paid parking may be included in your quote where no other option is available.
