Moving out is busy enough. Our end of lease cleaning service gives your rental a detailed clean so it is ready for the final inspection, while you focus on the move.
We plan the clean around your property manager’s vacate checklist and your ingoing condition report, so the areas an inspection typically focuses on get proper attention.
What our end of lease cleaning service covers
- Kitchen: oven, cooktop, rangehood, cupboards inside and out, benchtops and sink
- Bathrooms and laundry: detailed clean including grout, shower screens and exhaust fan covers
- Bedrooms and living areas: built-in wardrobes inside and out, skirting boards, doors and frames
- Windows: internal glass, sills and tracks
- Light switches, power points and marks on walls where they respond to cleaning
- Floors: vacuumed and mopped; carpet cleaning can be discussed separately
Benefits

- Planned around your agent’s checklist
- Can be combined with window, balcony or exterior cleaning
How we approach the job
End of lease cleans work best in an empty property with power and water connected. Send us your agent’s checklist if you have one, and we will clean to that scope. If an issue is raised that falls within the agreed scope, contact us promptly so we can discuss it.
Things to know before you book
- No cleaner can guarantee the return of a bond. Bond decisions are made by your landlord or agent and can involve matters unrelated to cleaning, such as damage or unpaid rent.
- Wall marks, stains and wear may not be fully removable by cleaning.
- Carpet steam cleaning, pest control and garden work are not included unless agreed in writing.
What affects your quote
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Condition of the property
- Oven, rangehood and window condition
- Requested extras such as balconies, garages or exterior areas
Every property is different, so we quote each job individually. Send us a few details and photos if you have them, and we will come back to you with a clear quote.
Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee I will get my bond back?
No. We clean thoroughly to the agreed scope, but bond decisions are made by your landlord or agent and can involve factors outside cleaning. Be cautious of any business that guarantees a bond outcome.
Should the property be empty?
Yes, ideally. A vacant property with power and water connected allows us to clean inside cupboards, along skirting boards and behind where furniture stood.
